I wanted to sneak in one last post of 2014! So I decided to end with the indie polish brand that has crept up to be one of my all time favorites. Lulu, the creator of Elevation Polish, puts so much thought into her collections and each individual color so I wanted to honor her! Elevation Polish Yeti's Oceanside Vacation Yeti's Oceanside Vacation is a part of the Yeti series, which is a series of LE polishes Lulu puts out a few times a year. This one came out in July! Yeti's Oceanside Vacation has matte blue, aqua, periwinkle glitter with white glitters and sparse glow in the dark stars (look in the center on my middle nail). This glitter is so whimsical! It's no longer available, but the bases are! I alternated the base color with Elevation Limestone (white) and Puncak Jaya (blue), both gorgeous cremes with flakies and shimmers, which are hidden by the glitter. Nothing to Disclose This is definitely one of my top polishes of 2014. I'm not quite sure if it came out in 2014, but that's when I got it and wore it and I love it SO much! So much depth, sparkle, and overall amazingness. You need to see these photos. Girly Bits A Stripper Has Been Sleeping In My Bed Girly Bits A Stripper Has Been Sleeping In My Bed: 2 coats (on my shorties) but probably would need 3 coats on my longer nails now. I.Love.This.Polish. It's somewhat confusing because it is a clear base, but favors charcoal holo microglitter but then you can clearly see there is rainbow glitter. I love it alone rather than layered. Pam's description of this polish is: "It is a clear based holo micro glitterbomb that will knock your socks off, or your stripper boots, which ever you favour. It is dense enough to be worn in 2-3 coats alone, or in one coat layered over your favourite colour." Haha, I love her description! Seriously though, it is so awesome! Girly

Press Sample  I have been experimenting with new eyeshadow brands lately. If you know anything about eyeshadow, you know sometimes shadows can have fall out (which I will explain in the post) or you can make a blending mistake. Well, I have the perfect solution! Press Sample Hi all! It's the last Monday of 2014. I really don't know where the year went! Anywho, I have some random Essie polishes to show you with some quick nail art. These are all pastels, but definitely liven up the cold weather! Check out more details below: Essie Polish Swatch Spam! All polishes below were 2-3 coats. Basically, it really depends on your nail length. Some were fine at two coats, but others needed three. THUMB: Essie Love Every Minute: 2 coats. A pink leaning orange, this had a wonderful formula. I think the color will morph depending on your skin tone. Another from the Wedding 2014 collection. INDEX: Essie Too Taboo: 2-3 coats. This is from the Neon 2014 collection. I love it! It's not your typical neon but it is a super bright fuchsia. MIDDLE: Essie Meet the Parents: 2-3 coats. This is a pastel blue from the Wedding 2014 collection. It leans almost periwinkle. Nothing to Disclose Different Dimension started releasing "Shooting Stars" polishes as a one time release. I couldn't help but fall in love when I saw Perseus. It was so unusual, I had to have it! Different Dimension Perseus with Barry M Duchess Starbursts Perseus: 2 coats. How to explain this polish? It's a pale green with yellow, orange, and grey flakies. Maybe even dark green flakes? It's super complex and so unique! I couldn't stop staring at it! It kind of looks like a rock to me. Because it was a Shooting Stars polish, I decided to do some starbursts using Nail Vinyls and Barry M Duchess. I think they played well off each other without being too distracting! Nothing to Disclose I got so overwhelmed with all my Christmas-themed art: I have glitters, decals, 3D glitters, that I finally said ACK! I'm going simple! I was feeling red nails, so this is what I did! Christmas Striped Trees over Elevation SBP Rococo I started with two coats of Elevation Polish SBP Rococo. I was lucky to snag this and it is amazing. I hope Elevation comes out with more shimmery reds for everyone to enjoy! After I did the two coats, I took out a bunch of greens in a variety of finishes: cremes, shimmers, holographic, and in different shades of green. I used a striping brush and did long lines to shorts lines. Once the trees were finished, I added a gold dot on top of the tree and added white dots with a dotting tool to represent snow. I added smaller red glitter dots for depth. Then one coat of top coat.
