Partial Press Sample Here we are. HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!! I have to say, I felt meh on nail art and just nails in general. I broke my nail and it took like 6 weeks to grow back. I forgot how to swatch. I just was eh. But this challenge that I only challenged myself for LOL really gave me my much needed oomph back and I loved doing all this art! And for today, I literally went into left field for my Halloween manicure. I wanted something soft and sophisticated.    I always see celestial manicures on Instagram or Pinterest and I always love how they look. So I combined some of my favorite things: sheer white/pink nails, burnt orange, glitter, and stars--all in one! I know this is a departure from my normal Halloween manicure! No pumpkins, ghosts, or anything. This is fancy Halloween and I am here for it. I love to surprise people! I chose a milky white-pink color as my base, as I wanted a soft and ethereal look! Here are the colors I used. I pulled out super oldies. Some of these are fro

Press Sample It is Mischief Night! Tonight is October 30, and this is my 12th nail art for Halloween. Stay tuned tomorrow for my final Halloween look. This one took me quite a while because I added so many components: gradient, stamping, handpainted. Not sure why I had so many components, but I just like could not stop haha.   Another manicure that is inspired by a card! Seriously, greeting card art is just adorable and I have done so many nail arts inspired by those beautiful and fun arts. This one was a bunch of cat pumpkins and I don't know who thought of it, but it is great. They are cat o'lanterns. GET IT? It was just the pumpkins over a white card, so I had to add a bunch of extra details!   I used a bunch of colors but here are the main ones: Blue: Stella Chroma Big Sky Purple: Zoya Tina  Left orange: Zoya Cory  Middle orange: Duri Cosmetics Uninhibited Right Orange: OPI Have Your Pannetone and Eat It Too White: KBShimmer White Here White Now I first did the gradient o

Press Sample I cannot believe we are at the finish line for 13 Days of Halloween. I also did not think I would make it. haha. But I am hopeful I can complete my goal. Today was inspired by yet another Halloween card I saw. Card companies are so creative! A ghost holding a candy corn...what is more Halloween? By the way, are you a candy corn lover or hater?    I really loved the ghost holding a candy corn so gently. It's just so cute. Then it had the cute word bubble that says "You're My Boo." I stink at writing with nail polish, but I cannot believe how well my writing came out! Like utterly shocked. I used a ton of colors, so here they are! I really wanted a purple base instead of the white the card was. I went through so many purples to find the perfect glowy purple.  Purple: Girly Bits Your Palace or Mine? White: KBShimmer Whire Here White Now  Light orange: Jessica Cosmetics Pumpkin Spice Orange: Jessica Cosmetics Sahara Sun Yellow: Jessica Cosmetics Yellow  Grey:

Press Sample Orange and yellow together just scream pumpkins and Jack O’Lanterns and spoooky lit within.  When was the last time you carved a pumpkin? It is definitely been some time since I have actually done the carving but I always grab a pumpkin for decoration. I have been really feeling stamping this season so what originally planned to be fully handpainted, had a last-minute change and I love how it came out.   I started with a base of a white cream polish and then use to make up sponge to gradient the two oranges and the yellow. For some reason when I do a triple gradient, I always make an absolute mess. And from a far that mess really isn’t visible but in photos you can totally see it.   On top of that gradient, I put a layer of glow in the dark nail polish from one of those pumpkin polishes from Rite Aid from 300 years ago. It glowed but not so well in photos. I could not believe it still worked! KBShimmer White Here White Now  Orange: Jessica Cosmetics Sahara Sun Neon O
