I have shown all the polishes without and with top coat. I really love the matte finish but if you want the holographic sparkle to come out, use a coat of top coat.
Balsam Beauty: 2 coats. The make was inspired "by the fir trees the original owner of our house planted many years ago! Majestic, regal and hardy, I can always count on their vivid color to brighten a dreary winter day." Balsam Beauty is a deep green that has a fine copper and gold shimmer. It's a wonderful shade of green--it reminds me of pine trees.

Frost Fairy: 3 coats. This is my definition of an ice queen nail polish. The frost blue (but not a frosty finish) also has holographic sparkle. I love this. Cynthia writes that "When the nights are so cold even the imps and pixies stay inside the frost fairy comes out to play! No one can miss her delicate shimmery blue!" This will definitely be a base for winter nail art.

Sugars Plums: 2 coats. I probably should have done a third coat to even out some of my nail. I love this deep rose polish that also has holographic sparkle. The sparkle makes this vampy color stand out from other.

Winter Sunset Watcher: 2 coats. This is my absolute favorite. It is just so beautiful. This polish is a chameleon as it sometimes pulls peach and other times more pink. The gold and violet shimmers are just so stunning. If you can only grab one polish, this would be my choice.
