St. Patrick's Day Shamrock Nail Art

Hi everyone! I wanted to do a few St. Patrick’s Day nail designs because I had some ideas that just needed to be executed. What is more Saint Patrick’s Day than a three leaf clover or any clover for that matter so let’s check out my latest manicure.

What actually prompted this manicure was the white crelly with rainbow glitter. I just wanted a reason to use it. And then of course I had to add some green in there because what is more Irish and green (of course with a little orange)



Here are all the colors that I used:

  • Green: Stella Chroma Fenway
  • Cruelly: Painted Polish Chasing Rainbows (purchased)
  • Stamping colors:  KBShimmer Papaya Don’t Preach, Sand By Me, Lime All Right, Pink or Swim
  • Plate: Totally Negative 1 from Lina 




I like the idea of doing the negative stamping with the rainbow colors and having that wonderful green cream shine through. Then I wanted to do complementary shamrocks on my nails and those I just freehanded over the rainbow glitter. This is a totally subdued but fun St. Patrick’s Day look.

Autumn Plaid

Press Sample Hello everyone! It was also my father's birthday in September so I did some nails to celebrate him! His favorite color is orange, so my nails are an orange ode to my father. Just doing plain orange nails was not enough though; I had to amp it up! I just just swatched KBShimmer Pump It Up, which is an orange reflective, and I somehow wanted to use it. Then I picked up Stella Chroma Hug the Road. Those are the two colors that I gravitated toward that inspired this look. Cluster and Cloud Sculptures are versatile glitters that you can use year round! 6 Harts Cluster and Cloud Sculptures   When I purchase glitters, I try to purchase ones I can use year-round and isn't specific for a holiday. Both these glitters are versatile and had great formulas. Both polishes covered great and the glitter dispersed well. No need for fishing! Cluster: 1 coat. This polish has "matte white and teal glitters, white holo hex glitters, a smattering of purple and a boat-load of ultra-fine holographic glitter."
